I had SUCH an exciting day! Laundry and cleaning, mostly. It's a beautiful day here, which meant that the likelihood of access to the washer and dryer was increased. For that I was grateful.

Just sent an email intended to go to "Reply All" and in deleting some of the addresses, all I did was send it to myself. Is it time to start worrying?

These damn carpenter ants are relentless - I think I've killed about eighty of them today and they're suddenly appearing in the dining room and kitchen - just strays from the living room, I think, only one or two, but this pest control company best deal with this strongly come Monday afternoon, because this is crazymaking.  I have to go in there every half hour to kill more.  I just sprayed Raid again around the windows - that seems to help for small amounts of time.  And funnily it's not really a problem at all after dark.

DR Kevin, I'm glad your cruise went so well. The venue looks quite wonderful for any event. While you were on Grand Cayman did you visit the little town on Hell?

For a long time I had problems and then without my doing anything the quote began to work just fine.  Until recently I didn't have any problems at all.

I don't think i've ever had a problem.

I am just in awe of how much mucous one can actually blow out of their nose - continuously.  Jeez, does this stuff ever just go away.

Have you tried the neti pot? (not the teapot but the squeezy bottle one). It is wonderful.

My favorite actress loks like she;s bringing her big balls to this production of CINDERELLA. This is the ugliest costume I've seen in some time.

Maybe it looks better in person

what color is it?

The evil stepmother is supposed to be ugly, Elmore.

That's the fairy godmother, DR Laura.

I'm about to head out to a little birthday dinner at some hibachi jernt.  Haven't been to one of those in years, so it'll be fun.

I do like a hibachi dinner -- there is something about eating it hot off the grill that just makes it better somehow

Just spent the last three hours or so trimming back the roses. Lower back not happy, but the roses are. Or will be.

No sore back vibes for Laura

Oxtail is braising. First step of ice cream is chilling, but it won't be ready until tomorrow.

If I hadn't had the fries I might have had something else tonight - but I'm feeling all guilty now - oh, and those two donuts I ate after.

Hi, DR Jeanne.  No, we only had enough time for the wedding and reception.  I think we were on Grand Cayman from 8 am till 4 pm.

Thanks, DR Jane! I enjoyed seeing the actors in their modern day photos.

Watching Ms. Streisand at the Village Vanguard on the local PBS station, along with the pledge breaks, even though I could watch it without interruption anytime I want on DVD.  I ask myself, why?

I don't think that Kander and Ebb tribute has been on the local PBS stations yet.  I want to see that one!
