It's time to head for home. Baxter the Clown AKA Anthony stopped by earlier for a visit and brought me some work I'd asked him to do. We had a pleasant but too short visit and I learned all about our DR Ben's nephew visiting in a couple of weeks. I've finished "I Won't Dance" and looked over "Lovely To Look At," which is a beautiful copy of a really messy score. Now I'll had uptown, chill out for a bit, then clean up and head for the theatre.

My eye seems to be okay. Thanks for the vibes.

I forgot it's Friday. Think I'll go to the home show.  There's always a huge crowd on the weekend and with the snow, maybe people will wait until tomorrow to go. I hate crowds

I'm at work and we received e-mails that BOTH the men's and women's bathrooms are OUT OF ORDER!  Someone in-house is working on them (evidently, none of the toilets will flush!) and they've called Roto Rooter.  If they can't get here or be able to fix them within a couple of hours, they'll have to close the building!

This would count as "emergency leave" and we wouldn't have to use our personal vacation time! ;)

I would never send any photos then. I never seem to finish cleaning much of anything.

Well, it's official!  The building is closed!  I left for lunch at 1:30 and at about 1:45, I got a call from one of my staff letting me know the good news.  I just had to come back to get my stuff and now I'm leaving. :D

I'm going to go home and ketchup on some TV watching before I have to go downtown to a union meeting.
