Good evening, all.

Looking forward to a quick trip to DC, seeing BK & Co., and hearing the show.  It will be a brief but enjoyable visit.

I, too, have only been there once, but at around 10 years of age, and the place fascinated me.  Now I live five hours away, so shame on me.  I always say I'll drive down, see the place, do a few touristy things, etc., but it never seems to happen.

Well, this gets me going, and should hopefully inspire a speedy return.

ChasSmith, send me a PM - hopefully you can join us for dinner before the show - I'll let you know where and when, but I think it's at six.

T.O.D.

Wednesday Ask Sandy Day

Sandy, when can your devoted fans expect to hear your next CD?  (Maybe you could ask your record producer.)

Thank you for the great news.
I think we'll be recording in July and our in September

I hate that they make me shut off my eReader so I can't read.  It shouldn't matter since I'm not connected to anything but rules are rules.  I don't argue.  This guy was truly rude.

You can't use your ereader? Even if the wifi is off?

Great news DR Danise! I have a good feeling this time. Especially since the guy specifically said that if he gives his word he keeps it.

Okay, let's see if this works:

That meal looks great, but it also looks like a great deal of work.  I don't believe in having to work hard just to eat.

Oh wow, this is such so silly, if you know The Bodyguard and know the Whitney Houston songs - this is how they "shoe-horned" the uptempo "I Wanna Dance with Somebody Who Loves me" into the London musical.  Apparently, even the guy who plays the stalker in the show gets to sing a few lines of the song.

audio from London BODYGUARD
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIu6CbQQHl8

This was done on a night Heather Headley was out, so it's her understudy, but this feels like the ultimate in working a song that probably doesn't fit into a book show by hook or by crook!  :)

Just an audio clip from THE BODYGUARD?  That's it?  Did they have Ms LuPone patrolling the aisles looking for people with cameras?

Great seafood photo. I'm hungry again. And it's been 13 hours since I had Chinese food!

That would be about 12 hours after you were hungry again.

Back from the gym - did over seven miles on the bike - a thirty-minute workout - and burned 250 calories.  So, that plus the brisk walk should make it all fine for today.

Then I needed to check a name in an Outside the Box episode so I went and got what a handful of folks told me they'd gotten - no ability to play the damn video.

I did some updates to the computer, then realized I'd never downloaded flash player - once I did that all was well.

For those who might not know, Ebirah is the monster that Godzilla fights in the movie SON OF GODZILLA.

Think of the size of the broiler you would need for that lobster tail!

Sure.  The book is downloaded.  You should also be able to read your downloaded books with the wi-fi off.

I need a book to read tonight.  All the freebies of about Natzi's or at the end of WWII.  Have recently read three books on the subject, including my last two books, I needs a different subject.

If I'm really lucky I will read a little Holmes and then sleep.  I fear the increasing pain in my hip will keep me awake.

Horrible trying to do You Tube - the connection here must be VERY slow.  But someone from the high school has just posted a few clips from The Brain.  Very sweet.  They did change some of the lyrics, which I completely understand, but I think in the next month or so, I'm going to do a "lite" version that high schools will be more comfortable with - that way they'll have the option of alternate lyrics and a few lines, too.

But then, according to THIS website, lobster is only 27 calories an ounce, so maybe.  It just looks like a LOT of food (none of which I'd touch. :P)

You don't like shrimp or lobster?

We had a very productive work session - mostly to do with the upcoming CD - we now have all but two songs chosen.  I did some good arrangement work with Lanny and all the layouts are done.

Is Sandy aware that she has a large fan club on this site?

What kind of changes, BK?  Did they change something that you think that really shouldn't be changed?
