I've been thinking about DR Tom and wanted to ask if he had ever heard of a Back Joy?  I bought one for my chair at work just about 2 weeks ago and it seems to be helping my back.  I was thinking it might take the stress off of yours.

Watch the video and see what you think.

No I haven't.  Thank you Danise.  Perhaps I will look into it.

We would go to hos house every Saturday and he would make a dinner (which was served at lunch time -  he always followed the European custom of the largest meal of the day  at midday and having a  light meal for supper)

He made a wonderful beef roast  and mashed potaoes and he woudl go out to he garden and harvest  string beans and carrots and make them as creamed vegetables

or  ham with chowchow - his home made  green tomato piccallilli on the side- and the left over ham  would of course become his famous  ham casserole the next day

Yes, it was good news at the doctor's today. The ultrasound showed no sign of cancer recurring after the operation last February.

Now, the blood test will not likely to offer such good news, but I won't hear about that until next week.

Good news, John.

I so regret I never  made time to just work in his kitchen with him and learn how to make all the dishes he so excelled in creating

I had a dream that I was in a cancer clinic - I am not sure why I was there , whether I was being treated , or tested or what  -  but I was sitting but the waiting room while a fat  middle aged woman dressed in  "old fashioned " nurse uniform - white cap and all - was haranguing some poor - quizzing them on medical terms  and insisting they knew the right terms  and taunting them by saying  how are you ever going to get well  if you can't even learn  your vocabulary words -  I started shouting at the woman telling her that she was evil and had no business working with  patients and that if she could  show kindness and compassion  and dedicate herself to serving  then she should go work in a  garbage  dump -  I was really worked up about this standing up and yelling  - then I woke up and realized I was actually standing up and actually yelling

Fortunately I managed to not wake anybody  up (besides myself)

I have NO idea where that dream came from

I have worked for a musical director that was exactly like that nurse.  Even the screaming part.

The last time I made it was for a dinner party with the Pogues - so that has to be about six years ago now, maybe more.

My pan of lasagna weighs about ten pounds.  The problem is when I make it, I eat it.
