I was not able to go ashore in Sweden because the ship was anchored and the passengers tendered into port.  I was not allowed to tender.

So, a friend with a flexible schedule does pay off. He just got off the line at the Booth Theatre with two rush tickets for tonight's performance of

I'll Eat You Last

The Booth is one of my favorite theatres, small, good sight lines and beautifully maintained. We are in the last row of the mezzanine on the aisle in the center section. I'm looking forward to it.

Now I just have to get to Kinky Boots and Pippin next Saturday (18th) and Sunday (19th) and do the same thing. Rush for $37.

We just heard that our potential leading man cannot work out the family vacation and Dublin, so we are back to Square One,

No word from Kinko's . . .

Today's trade reviews for THE GREAT GATSBY are nothing to get excited about, but one line from the VARIETY critique made we LOL:  "...maintains something of a gussied-up holiday feel, like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as staged by Liberace."

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as staged by Liberace?

Isn't that the Tournamnet of Roses parade?

Good morning.  The weekend was great.  The show is great, people love it!  Moving is coming along,  I have to start packing today, and I'm NOT looking forward to that process.

That's all I have.

I had been having a BIG problem with my Google searches using Firefox.....I was getting more redirects to selling sites than being taken to links I was clicking on.

Finally looked around on the net to see what the problem was.  Found it!  If anyone else is having this problem, let me know, and I can send you the solution....it's just a couple of clicks, nothing to download.

I called Kinko's and got a lot of attitude. When I gave the job to the manager on Friday, she told me it would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't marked for delivery and they want to charge us for another delivery charge!  What is going on with my stars an d planets?

Last week summer, this week rain.  Go know.  No jog for the first time in four weeks, unless it clears up later - but I think I just might deserve a day off from jogging.

Rain stopped so I went out to do a jog - got five blocks and it started to drizzle, then drizzle harder, so I turned around and came back.  Naturally as soon as I got home it stopped - I actually think it's drizzling still five blocks away - it's funny in LA that way - here it's not drizzling, five blocks and further east it's probably really starting to come down.  I'll go later maybe or just take the day off.
