Why a duck?  Oh, a Marx Brothers reference.

Back from a three-mile jog and must now eat something before I fall over.

Glad to say I've finished cleaning out the pond and the fish are enjoying the new clean water!

Is that the pond they're referring to on New York One when they say "across the pond"

I'm listening the to the OBC of Pacific Overtures - just thought I'd mention that.

Such an amazing score, and those orchestrations are amazing.  I feel like I'm on a ship in the sea

I believe this may be the only PACIFIC OVERTURES YouTube parody, at least the only one I know of :)

Our friend Bill parry was in ROCKABYE HAMLET.

So was Meat Loaf.  Isn't that the show in which Clive Barnes called him Mr. Loaf?

BK, I'm sorry I forgot those two Rockabye Hamlet songs on "Shakespeare on Broadway." I remembered the songs as soon as they came on, but I guess I didn't remember them as being from "Rockabye Hamlet." "The Last Blues" sounds too country/western for a rock opera. Still, it's a lively piece.

Weird...for some reason, it doesn't work for me.  I can play any other YouTube clip, but this just doesn't do anything.  I hope that it's just my computer here at work. :-\

DR Elmore:   Are you aware of this version of the events at Loudon?

I know of the film but I have never seen it!

And I am home from the first mixing session. It went rather well.

Happy Birthday to DR Danise!

And please don't forget to post a pointer to some pictures one of these days.
Thank you DR ChasSmith!  I will.  I was waiting for it be be on TV because they don't like you to jump the gun and do it first.  I am having the septic tank people come tomorrow so there will be pictures of that.  The dogs are going to the kennel first thing in the morning so they won't be here to be scared or maybe fall in the hole.

T.O.D.

Well, I am too old and too crippled up for my former favorite rainy day activity.

Now, probably curling up with a good book / good Kindle and a cup of hot cocoa.
