Yup. One of those animated movies. It's about a bullied kid who sees dead people.

I only just heard that Lena Horne has passed on

OMG!

I saw her do her one woman show, "LENA HORNE: A LADY AND HER MUSIC.  I am usually not a fan of those one person shows, but she was incredible.

Got to interview her when she toured with that show. A real highlight for me.

No, Lena would have taught him to be a ecdysiastic dancer.

For DR Laura:

This was not only the carpet inside the casino, but outside the casino and down the passageway.

And there were several of these type of murals down the hall outside the casino.

Ha ha ha! This is great! I am SO PROUD!

Well Time Warner is down and they haven't a clue as to when it might be bak. Brilliant. Of course before that reality I had a guy trying to tell me everything was fine on their end and it was my modem. Yeah sure. So notes may be very brief this evening if they don't fix the problem before midnight as I will have to write on my iPad

Well, we will just add them to this morning's notes and divide by two!

ParaNorman is cute. Not great, but I loved the line when the zombies are about to attack and the school history teacher yells to the crowd, "Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war." But the crowd doesn't understand what she's saying, so she yells, "Let's rip 'em to shreds!"

And speaking of JULIUS CAESAR, I will have to post my photo of Hamlet's castle.

Getting up tomorrow morning to see THE VIKINGS (1958) at the wonderful Lafayette Theatre.

But...  "We welcome members of "The Fellowship of Vikings, Berserkers & Barbarians" to the Lafayette for this week's show!"

Now, as far as I can recall, I've never seen THE VIKINGS.  Nor have I seen members of "The Fellowship of Vikings, Berserkers & Barbarians".

Should I be afraid?

Probably.

There was a period in the Sixties when THE VIKINGS and TRAPEZE were always being shown as a Double Feature.
