BK has told me he was able to attach the photo of him and June Wilkinson while he was in the "reply mode" because, he said, there is a bar with "browse" on it on the reply mode page.

When I am in "reply mode" there is NO bar with "Browse" on it.

Is this a case in which it's good to be King? (Oh! A "History of the World, Part I" reference).  Or in BK's case, Global Administrator?

I don't see no fershluganah browse feature anywhere except in the edit profile section.

This feature should be available to all posters within the Post Reply (as well as New Thread) pages. To get to this simply click Reply within the thread you wish to add a photo to. The Attach field is just above the Post / Preview / Reset Form buttons.

I've gone into "reply" and then sent you the page via e-mail for your perusal.

I have nothing above Post/Preview/Reset Form other than some lettering in white that reads:

"shortcuts (IE and NS6 only); hit alt+s to submit/post, alt+p to preview, or alt+r to reset"

Above that are the Notify of Replies and Disable Smilies boxes.

I've modified some settings and now all users should have the ability to post files (txt, jpg and gif) from their computer within their posts and replies. It seems to have previously only allowed us Admin and Moderators to have this feature.

Please let me know if you're now able to do this and I'll check this topic off as solved.
