Okay, I must be on my merry way.  There might be a patty melt in my near future, and I'd like to get on with it.

They're talking about the gay lobby in the Vatican on TV.

My mind went to:  the Ritz Carlton near the Signature Theatre.  that has a very gay lobby.  Ostentatious, but tasteful.  But thats in Arlington, not the Vatican.

I think the gay lobby is anywhere some of us happen to be.

Is it by Mr. Amfitheatrof?  He liked those strings and things....but the end of the clip certainly sounds like Americana...himmmm.....

Thought the same thing. What about a gay kitchen? Or a gay buffet?

Today is the nifty fiftieth birthday of my DN Laura, who was with me in NYC for DR PennyO's show back in 2005:

Lovely picture.

Not Amfitheatrof.  Amusingly, I posted about the clip on the FSM board and someone guessed it in about thirty seconds, which was shocking.

Had an hour telephonic conversation with someone from the LACC theater department - I'm going in to meet with them end of next week.  I think they'd like me to resume doing the alumni association stuff - master classes, seminars, etc. which I'm happy to do as long as we can get people to come to them, which had been a problem.

I think I missed my morning jog window, so I'll probably have some lunch shortly, then do the jog in the afternoon or even late afternoon - I almost prefer that sometimes.

Greetings, from one of the original I.H.O.P. buildings.  I should seek these out more often.  (It's a strong personal nostalgia thing.)

And yes, a patty melt is being prepared for me at this very minute.  (See nostalgia, above.). Will explain later.
