I enjoyed HELP a lot and don't understand the DNR and Halo stuff people talk about. I have blu-rays that people complained about it, but never see what the problems they pontificate. I watch the films and enjoy them.

Good morning, all.

That looks like great breakfast, DingDong.

Didn't sleep much at all, despite taking a Benedryl. Bummer. I will probably be worthless at the office today. Oh, well.

BK, did you thank Daphne, aka Robert Morse, for the nice note he'd sent on your Sugar remix?

I was wary about seeing Poltergeist II: The Other Side when I read a review that mentioned there was a credit for the actor who played "The Vomit Creature".

I saw the film anyways and that scene with "The Vomit Creature" was a little bit on the ridiculous side.

Good morning, all!

I have little to report; my workload has dropped to little, and I will spend today thinking about Marc Blitzstein's music rather than Jerome Kern's, It's also a good chance to hang out with my adopted son Joshie and support him, since the new orchestration commissioned by the Kurt Well Foundation is his.

I must also call Kim Criswell and plan some time with her between tnow and her return to London. I'm thinking Saturday is my best bet.

Whenever we would venture into Indiana, when I was growing up, whether it was to pick strawberries or visit friends, we would want to stop in Maplewood to visit a Polly's Freeze, a roadside stand where you could get a great orange sherbet swirl cone. I remember having my first corn dog there -- and I remember getting car sick on said corn dog on the way home.

The place opened in the early 1950s and is still there, from what I read online, though the website hasn't been update in a year.

I always loved the big neon bird sign, and this was long before I owned my own bird.

The semaphore version of "Wuthering Heights" has always been in my Top 10 Monty Python skits.
