I have not been to the gym in almost 2 weeks.

And, my heart rate is too high. Probably from talking about all of these cowboys.

DR BK,

No I'm not on Goodreads.  I will join.  Of Course you know who will have to help me out again!!
(AKA ADRIANA)

Once you register on Goodreads it's simple - just search me or the book title, give it however many stars you want and put in your review - it won't require your brother's help - it's easy/breezy there.

If you want invite me to be your friend and we can see what each other reads.

DR Jane,

No, I never have.

I will check the library to see if they have it.  Sounds like something I would like.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Sadie is my favorite dog.  Don't tell my nephew, niece and sister-in-law. They have nice dogs too, but not like Sadie!

Have you or DR Kate read any of David Rosenfelt's books?  He write mysteries about a lawyer and his dog.  The author is a true dog lover (has about 25 rescues living with him) and the lawyer in the books says the same thing about his dog.  I suggest you read the first book in the series titled "Open and Shut".

No, I haven't , DR Jane.  I'll have to check them out.

Darn, I have to fully charge it first.  I thought since it arrived at 40 something % it would work if I kept it plugged in.  I'm up to 55% so I hope it won't take more than an hour.  Less would be better.  I do hope this is a quick set-up.

I'm curious what you have to do. Do you just switch your account to this new nook and everything appears or do you have to manually add all your books back on?

I don't know yet.  I am hoping what you said is all that is needed.  First I have to register it, not that I'm sure how to do it, which can't be done until it is charged.

When I had to register my kindle I just went on amazon.com and followed the procedure. You probably need to register it online. Good luck.

DR Jennifer and DR Ron Pulliam, I am also on board the BIG BROTHER train and watched the first episode last night.

I don't have any favorites yet, nor anyone I detest, so far...although the blonde gal from Staten Island is a good prospect for the latter.

There certainly are a few that I will enjoy watching, if you get my drift.

And I want to like Howard, but he seems to be a 'bible thumper' and that is gonna probably annoy the heck out of me. Depends on if he is one of those who thinks God wants him to win Big Brother. And for someone who portrays himself as such a good, Christian man, he kinda seems to be a horndog the way he was salivating over the girls. But, maybe in his bible that is ok. Who knows.

And it will be most interesting to see if Rachel Reilly's sister is as annoying as Rachel Reilly was.

I didn't care for the blonde girl from New York. Too annoying.

I love Rachel's sister.  I will probably fast forward through last night's Big Brother After Dark. Haven't checked any spoilers yet so don't know what's happening.

I am super excited. An author I really like just posted that her book that comes out in a couple of weeks is up on netgalley as read now (meaning you don't have to wait to be approved). Also a book I have been dying for (book 3 in a series) is up. Book 2 came out like 15 months ago. I have my fingers crossed that I get accepted for that one (it doesn't come out till nov).

James Garner may have received the most attention as Maverick.  Jack Kelly was also talented and good looking.

Sadly lost is my post card from Davy Crockett and my autograph from Peter Brown the day he visited my elementary school.  I did get to talk to him which was even better. :)
