Boy, this thing could go either way and I know which way I'd like it to go - the hell away.

Do you mean your scratchy throat?

Yes.

I am full of liquid - soup, water, Diet Coke, water, soup.

When I first read this I thought it said "soap, water, Diet Coke, water, soup."  ::)

We had to replace the sick cast member - our very own Robert Yacko has been such a sport about stepping in at the last minute - he'll do two of the three songs and Shelly Markham will do the other, so we're covered and we don't have to cut anything.  It's performers like Robert who make me happy to be doing what I'm doing.

Congrats on the easy solution, BK!  Glad it worked out so quickly.

I just watched tonight's two-hour episode of America's Got Talent.  There were some good acts and some not-so-good acts and some very good acts.  Fortunately, they don't linger on the not-so-good acts or try to ridicule them, like American Idol. :P

I'm now watching episode #2 of "Under the Dome."
