Anthony was busy this morning. He weeded his parents garden. I took the picture then went to walk on the treadmill for an hour.

Nice pic.  He even looks like he enjoys weeding.

I am glad you got to watch TMM, DR SINGDAW....it is a most excellent movie.  I am still trying to "get" 1776, the charms of it have always escaped me.

It could be because William Daniels is on my list of actors who make me cringe.

I also have problems with 1776.  There are a lot of moments that I love, but there are other parts that I would just as soon "fast forward" through.  Actually I like Willaim Daniels in this film and in other projects (St. Elsewhere).  There are just moments that do not work for me in the show.

Someone ought to open up a window.

Sit down, song, sit down.

What's all this July 4th about? I've not seen anyone celebrating.

I loved walking over to Rancho Park and watching the fireworks.  Growing up it was a very short walk and truly spoiled me for having to deal with traffic & parking.

When we lived in Tiburon, California we watched the fireworks over the Golden Gate Bridge from the comfort of our balcony.  WOW! Sadly we were only there for one year.

On July 4th, even grilled cheese is patriotic!

This morning we waited outside for the air-force jets to fly over on their way to the parade.  We were shocked that they skipped us this year.

Following brunch we walked through the 4th of July craft fair before returning to our car and home.  Not an exciting 4th but at least we got out for awhile & brunch/lunch was nice.

What I like about this restaurant is that they make a delicious hot chocolate.  They serve it in pretty mugs with, Bruce you would love this, yummy homemade whip cream with chocolate swirleded on top.  Then they put a couple of little straws in the middle of the whip cream.  I just recently discovered this and am bemoaning all the years I've missed out on this treat.

Walking through our small town heading back to our car a woman behind us was talking rather loudly, to what I felt was a 10 year old boy.  As she passed us with a cell phone to her ear we realized she was giving someone directions to someplace close by.

I truly wondered who she was talking to when she said "If you had any friends you would know this".

Finished one motion picture and will decide on another - just relaxing, snoozing and feeling a bit better.

Hello Everyone:

I'm not really a fireworks person.  Especially when people think is cute to just throw them around to scare people.

However my most memorial 4th of July was getting together with my mom and aunt and siblings when we were all young.

I am exhausted.  I just finished making a double batch of Rozini Salad.

My brothers Kevin and Rick and I love it!

I made one batch for us, and one to take to my Brother/in/Laws Birthday party at my sister/in /laws tomorrow.

Brown mustard.  Really?  I don't remember using brown mustard at  Nathan's, but it has been almost 20 years since I have been to a Nathan's.

I hear fireworks in the distance.   I hope they don't go on for hours on end.  I guess I'm a party pooper.

I decided to befriend him.  He isn't posting there either but he did accept my friendship so I guess he is alive.  I hope he is well.

He is not posting much on his own profile, but he is actively commenting in some discussion groups, so I believe he is fine.

It's a discount store much like Dollar Tree and other low-price store. There are a number of them on Long Island. We will pass one tomorrow when we go to visit our friend in Smithtown.

Dan-the-Man also posts on Twitter (we follow each other) but he hasn't tweeted since June 11.
