Gads - all this lightning!  Had to cuddle with the DD to keep him from barking and waking up the entire neighborhood. Also brushed him and released enough fur to make a whole extra dog.

And now they're saying that fish oil may INCREASE the risk of prostate cancer in men.

Honestly, I give up! Wait 5 minutes, and the conventional wisdom will be upended. Again.

Whither page 3?

Oh, I'm certain that I could get there on my own. But it wouldn't be pretty. I don't think you need to be subjected to that.

From Paul Haber's site: a performance of "The Streets of Dublin" from A Man of No Importance which he apparently filmed:

Good morning, all!

I am biding my time this morning. At 10:30, I have my yearly physical exam, and I am waiting for that. I may do some tidying up while I wait, but I wish I'd scheduled it for 9:00am, and then I could have gone down to Toyland. By the time I leave the doctor's office around 11:30, I'll only want to head back home and hang out in the air conditioning.

I have nothing else to report at the moment.
