And it was looking kind of Haboob-y last night, but alas, no haboob (or as we natives call them, "Dust storms").

I was thinking about going out for breakfast this morning, anyway -- something I so rarely do these days.

Which is odd when I think of the many years when I did that SO frequently.

Good morning, all.

Time to get some work done before the morning funeral.

Happy birthday, DR Vixmom's Mom.

BK, the twentysomethings I work with all tell me that LinkedIn is old hat. Yes, people can still get a job from it, but it's about a relevant as MySpace these days.

Nothing I was using looked like a bottle of Scotch for ANGEL STREET.  So I finally just mixed some red and green food coloring......should have done that to begin with.

Thursday morning greetings!  We're having a quiet morning at home before going to our neighbor's funeral.

TOD - "They Were You" from THE FANTASTICKS.  The organist played it during our pre-wedding music and, if we'd had a dancing reception, it would have been the bride & groom dance.

DR TCB, our Keurig is a K-Cup.  This morning I learned to use the My K-Cup accessory which I bought to use my own ground coffee.  I think using the prepacked K-Cups produces a lot of post-consumer waste and could get very expensive.  Not that I won't EVER use them...
