Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

TOD:

I have a vague memory of a cartoon beaver singing "Brush-a-brush-a-brush-a...." for some toothpaste.  Ipana?

Sounds like the commercial in the scene with the song "Sandra Dee" in the movie version of "Grease."  Did they use a real commercial?

I have thought the conclusions to several King novels, beginning with It have dreadful endings. Much as I like his earlier novels, I've stopped reading him.  I haven't watched any of Under the Dome, but I'm thinking about reading the novel.

That's pretty much why I stopped reading King's novels, also.  I love his writing style, but the endings tended to be crap.  I watched the first few episodes of "Under the Dome," but I gave up on it.  I lost interest in the characters' stories.

Will we have singing leaves, twigs, and vines, perchance?

will the Wolf be less.... endowed?

Well, Johnny Depp is playing the wolf (but not one of the princes), so you never know.  ::)

The wind has been blowing loud and hard.  I went outside and sure enough the umbrella on the deck had tipped over.  Acorns were falling on the walkway & deck faster than I could pick/sweep them up.  I filled two dustpan fulls before coming back inside.  For the moment it is quiet out there.

Awww this is sad.  Thank you for the link to the excellent obit.

I was surprised to learn she was a Sephardic Jew.(Spanish) I was told years ago she was Armenian. She had a lot of success in the Latin market

This morning I went to the farmer's market with Paul for breakfast.  Had a good omelet.

I decided I like the Samsung Galaxy S4 and went to Verizon and got it.  My contract was almost up, so I decided to get a phone I won't need to replace for a long time.   I like it.  Of course I'm still getting used to it.

It rained tonight which makes me very happy.  We need rain and it may help clean up the left over mess outside.

I am sorry to hear about Eydie Gorme. DR Kerry took me to see Steve and Eydie a few years ago. It was a great concert.

I Pulled More Weeds - that's the title of my next novel.  I had a little chicken noodle soup and some fruit - feeling a little bloated so I'm doing a second jog right this very minute.

Very pretty as always. Today I had dragon flies in my yard.  I've seen them at the lake a lot, but never in my yard

I've never even seen the movie SHREK.  And I think we'll just keep it that way.

I thought the movie, SHREK, was delightful.  I haven't seen the musical, and I doubt I ever will.
