Oh....and RIVER OF NO RETURN is a great favorite as well.  Too bad FOX gave her such lackluster leading men....Tom Ewell and David Wayne....  With Mitchum, she really came across.....

TOD:

ASPHALT JUNGLE
ALL ABOUT EVE
PRINCE & THE SHOWGIRL
BUS STOP
SEVEN YEAR ITCH

Some of these I like have nothing to do with Marilyn's minimal presence in them.

Hmmmmm......well DR CHAS SMITH it is a stunning hand tinted photo of Marilyn standing in front of Niagara Falls....or a photo of said falls.....

Maybe right click on it and then click "Show Image" or whatever.....it might show up.

NEVER MIND it seems to have disappeared.  Maybe it was a restricted website or photo or something.....we will just have to use our imaginations.  :D

My right-click doesn't even give me that option (Win7/Chrome).  Also tried disabling Flash Block and AdBlock, since on some sites such things are seen as ads by the latter.  No go.

Greetings, all!

I've been MIA for a couple of days, too many rehearsals and an unexpected trip from jolly La Jolla to LA and back, with the back part in traffic from Hades. Oy.

Off to work again, but wanted to wish everyone a wondrous weekend!

Hello Everyone,

TOD:

Some Like It Hot
The Misfits
Bus Stop
Niagara

As I have mentioned I loved Marilyn Monroe.  I think she was underrated as a actress and person.

I did stay at the hotel she stayed at while filming Niagara (Loved the movie)!

Jason Graae posted this rehearsal photo from Dublin over on that OTHER site.

That's Kim Criswell and Rob Berman front and center. DR elmore3003 is not visible here, however.

Going over to this, later this afternoon or early evening:

http://www.bridgewaterfair.com/

I have a lot of friends in the area who will be working and attending it.  I'll go just long enough to enjoy it a little in the light AND as it gets dark, something I always like at such venues as fairs, carnivals, and amusement parks.  I've been going to this one for so many years that I don't need or want to spend a lot of time at it, just enjoy it for a while.

At nearly two in the afternoon, I daresay it's about time we wended our way off Page Two.

I am home and so is Richard!

We stopped at Kroger pharmacy where we dropped off the 4 new prescriptions that make up his "cardiac cocktail."  It's slightly different from mine, but quite similar.  Between 3 and 6 I will go back to pick up his meds and do a little grocery shopping.
