Glad Cillaliz found something at the art festival. The cats are cute and it's always nice to find something unexpected.

Well, that IS flattering, to be asked - but if your gut/initial reaction was horror, then that's probably your answer right there.

Yes, very flattering. As busy as you always are, how could you possibly fit it in?

I'm praying the decongestant works today. The Benedryl only worked part of the time, so I didn't get a great deal of sleep.

I read that as, "I am praying the deodorant works today."

Not that you asked my opinion, BK , but I tend to agree sometimes your "gut reaction" is the one to go  with

A neighbor came over today and helped me move a bookcase. I spent the rest of the day unpacking books and rearranging. I've been wanting to do this for some time, but could NOT with an injured ankle. I've also been in the mood to cull. It's much easier, I find, when I'm in the mood to toss. Otherwise, things may get moved around, but don't go OUT. So I'm pooped.

Sometimes even when I'm in the mood to cull, things still don't go out!  :)  But you gotta work at it whenever you can.

That's a daily prayer, too.

Toss? What means this word toss? I think I have so many books that they're going to collapse on top of me. Maybe I should cull, too.

I should think so.  Especially among those who reside in Hell, U.S.A.    :)

Listening to some early Johnny Cash that I got as an early birthday present. Beautiful stuff.

Hello Everyone:

Well today is our 30th Wedding Anniversary.  I am married to the greatest guy!

I received a beautiful silver necklace and bracelet.

We just returned from The Original Pancake House.

Later we will go out to dinner to celebrate!

Happy Anniversary to Kate and her husband!

DR John G. "Cull" is a much easier word to accept than "Toss".  Our library does a huge book sale every year and accepts donations throughout the year.  I haven't given them many yet, but if I was going to "cull" at least I know that the library could make some money from the books.

Back from a fun partay - I stayed almost two hours, just yakking with cousins Dee Dee and Alan, Tony Slide, my pal John Scott - also seen, former LA Times film critic Kevin Thomas, Marsha Hunt and the ubiquitous Norman Lloyd.

I didn't eat that much - most of the food came from Gelson's - I had a tiny bit of salmon, some really good slaw, which I'll now have to buy from Gelson's, a good corn salad and that was about it - not much at all.

As I painted Boo's, she posed.  When I moved on to Ricky, she jumped down and walked away.  It was really funny

Can you get each of the kids to pose with their lookalike??
