I so did not want to do a jog and yet I did a three-mile jog, planked and did thirty sit-ups.  I'm ready for some food, since I've netted out at about three hundred calories.

We've set our two men for the next Kritzerland show, both with Maltby and Shire connections - Will Collyer (he did a well thought of production of Big here in LA), and John Sloman, who was in the original cast of Big on Broadway.  We lost Meredith Patterson - I knew that was coming - so we're on the hunt for our two women.  I'm very picky about the needs for this show - Adryan keeps suggesting great people that I don't feel are quite right, you know, folks we've used before.

I have just discovered that the rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain, whereas the rain in Maine stays mainly on the plane.

Ron and I had a little dust-up - mostly misunderstandings, I think - we worked it out privately, and I'm hoping he'll come back at some point.  What little personal dust-ups have to do with this board I never understand.  I'm not the only one here.

Well, I must be leaving.  I'm the only one here at work, and I need to go to Fred Meyer to get some carpet cleaner and a card for my friends' wedding this Saturday.  I don't know if I'll find one today, but I'll certainly start looking.

Finished with my viewing, had some little things from Gelson's - a little lobster salad, a little mac and cheese and a little crab bisque - no major portions and all within the calorie count - otherwise just some of the usual melon balls.
