Joshie went to the door and looked at me expectantly. Uh, no.

Good morning, all! I was afraid I was gettng sick last night, but I believe I was wrong. I do need to call my HMO, though, and schedule a flu shot ASAP. I will try to make the appointment on Monday morning before therapy.

I did, though, create a few new horrifying leg pains that are truly abysmal. One wrong turn in bed and it's off for the pain killers. I will be so glad when/if this affliction goes.

So, for the good news!

DR Ginny, good news about your eye!

DR Laura, I am happy to hear Joshie is safely home.

AND THE QUOTE OF THE DAY IS:

"There is a space on everyone's bookshelves for books one has outgrown but cannot give away.  They hold one's youth between their leaves, like flowers pressed on a half-forgotten summer's day."

Never been a fan of Barbara Streisand's singing.  She'd rather show off her voice than serve the song.

I'm up, barely, and she of the Evil Eye is here.  Overcast outside, but off I'll go for a jog in about ten minutes.

So, we were back on Thursday for the second weekend of the show in the heights.  Our reviews have been great, people love the show.  That's great, I'm glad.  But I'm constantly frustrated with our sound.  I'm glad the reviews didn't comment on that aspect of the production.  Next up for us is Young Frankenstein.  I have no words....

Joshie went to the door and looked at me expectantly. Uh, no.

If you break down and decide to let him out again, do so only when you can go with him.

I'm am extremely happy he is home safe with you and you can celebrate your birthday.

Back from a three-mile jog, planking, and thirty-five sit-ups, and shall now go look at mattresses.

Back from lunch and a campus tour with our AAUW friends in Warren County.  I've changed into jeans and my Michigan swag, ready for tonight's game.

I've done some work on a Jerome Moross project and played at the computer. I guess it's now TV time!

I am looking forward to doing it again soon.

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.
