Okay, I need some help. Back in May, I purchased what was supposed to be the 14-disc "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" radio drama from a seller on Amazon.co.uk. I was sent the 13-disc version. The 14th disc is a bonus disc that I specifically wanted. This seller listed her copy on the wrong version on Amazon.co.uk...that was her mistake. The 13-disc was available from Amazon.co.uk and sells for much less than what I paid for the 14-disc version.
At the time, I contacted the seller who agreed to a refund. I sent it back (at my additional expense) to England and the seller instantly refunded my money (including the original shipping, but not the return shipping). Anyway, last week I received the unopened package from England! I fessed up and e-mailed the seller asking what happened. The seller doesn't seem to know what happened. I e-mailed, "...please let me know what you'd like me to do." The seller responded with, "I'm not sure as I've not had this instance before - what would best suited with you?
[sic]"
My question...what would you do and/or what do you think I should say?
Thanks.
