I'm hungry.  And in buckwheat pancakes withdrawal.

They know how to eat in them thar hills of West Virginny.

Fortunately, buckwheat pancakes seem to be a regular thing at The Original Pancake House.  I say that because I've learned that in some places that serve them, they're only available "in season".  Which is what we're in right now.  The big buckwheat festival of Preston County, WV is starting this very day.

Began the set of liner notes.  The way in to liner notes is always the interesting part - and I'm very happy with the road I took because it's not only an interesting history of the project but it's also funny.

In season?  I didn't know buckwheats were seasonal.  I wonder if it's just after mating season?

My cat name is Madam Sassy Von Scooper!  (Landline)

Or (cell phone) Emperor Sassy Von Scooper (which I like better, 'cause I don't want anyone calling me "madam").

We're all so agreeable today.  Or just DITTO-ey.

:)

I was tempted to ditto that.

We left for the gym and never made it there.  First we stopped at Radio Shack where I got a new travel/bedside clock.  My current one makes clicking noises that wake Keith up.  We actually stopped for new power cables for Keith's computer but they were out of them.  We then drove to the Radio Shack in Medford and since that was across the street from the new Walmart we went to Walmart.  By the time we were done we needed to come home to call Craig.  He had a half day of work today and will be going out with friends later to celebrate so we wanted to catch him early.

Craig said he is going with friends to a Japanese style Karaoke place.  He loves to do Karaoke.

My parody book is out and on Amazon:

Blatant self- promo follows:

Here's the link on Amazon for my book, which is done through what is called CreateSpace
Independent Publishing Platform, pretty a "self-publishing" equivalent of doing
your own showcase production or releasing a self-made CD these days.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=fred+landau+oldies

or someone can go to amazon and type in the search box
fred landau oldies
and it will come up as the first item in the search

Congrats, Fred!  Just ordered it!

I wonder how Japanese Karaoke differs from other types of Karaoke?  Or is it just a Japanese restaurant that also happens to have Karaoke?

Back from a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and a small onion rings.  Then I went to the Apple Store and upgraded to the new iPhone 5S.  Usually for something this popular this new there is a huge line, but I walked right in and got it.  I'm setting it up right now - they always tell you it's easy but it rarely is.

We left for the gym and never made it there....

I held my breath until I read the rest of your post, DR Jane.  The last time I started a story like that it ended up in the ER and 3 days in the hospital for Richard!
