Well, I must be leaving.  It's our official opening night of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe."  I'm sure that we'll have a good audience.  Last night's run-through went quite well, so they will enjoy it. :)

Until later!

Re: lottery stories:
I LOVED AT HOME WITH THE BRAITHWAITES. I thought it was done beautifully. I understand there's another British show on this subject, which I'd like to see.

I stopped at Trader Joe's on my way home today. This particular TJ's is small and is ALWAYS busy. Today even more so. An older couple were patiently waiting for a customer to load her groceries into her car so they could take the space. The woman in the car behind them, a new Mercedes SUV, began yelling and even started getting out of her car, presumably to yell even more. I truly am losing patience with people who cannot control themselves and feel they have the right to inflict their negativity--and noise--onto those around them. We were ALL waiting to either leave the parking lot or look for spaces. Her yelling did not help anyone. I would have loved to see a cop cite her.

Off practicing their veil dancing, no doubt!

We are back from the Middfest opening, which was held at the Pendleton Art Center during their regular First Friday festivities.  Tomorrow and Sunday, Middfest moves to its new venue - the local Miami University campus.

Oh, and I did NOT receive more bags tonight.  We'll just have to hope that only half of the donors show up tomorrow to claim their gifts.

The good news is that we're not being moved.

Just wanted to let you know, there was a mile wide tornado to the east of Sioux City and a 1/2 mile wide tornado to the west of Sioux City at the same time. We spent quite a while in the basement, but it didn't hit here and we are ok.  Others near here weren't as lucky.

Thanks Ginny.  It hit a development called Wynstone that's probably less than 5 miles from my house as the crow flies.  I was glad to be at home at the time

We had planned on stopping at Crater Lake along the way but of course it was closed.  We stopped into see Buddy, the Bernese Mt. Dog, at the furniture store in Bend.  His person suggestion something better than going to Crater Lake.  On the drive home we spent an extra couple of hours driving the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway.  It was beautiful.  I hope to have some photos tomorrow.

Fun rehearsal today, but never had time to jog or go to the mail place.  So, I jogged as soon as rehearsal was done and now I'm home and will try to begin a motion picture.
