Ok, so today I'm not feeling so hot.  Woke up and was a little sore but not too bad.  I went to work and then to the chiro.  got another adjustment and then 1/2 hour massage.  She did a lot of work and I'll go back on Monday.  I'm pretty wiped out but I think it's helping.   I got a tube of Deep Blue.  Man I love that stuff

I agreed months ago to do a speaking engagement at lunch today, so as soon as my massage was over, I had to go do that.  The I went back to work but I was just wiped out.  So I ended up just packing up some work and coming home for the day

Will they deliver, or do you have to fetch it? I'm going to have the remainder of the Chinese food I ordered last night.

Had a visitor, went and had a chili cheese omelet (my new fave), picked up one package, and am now home for the duration.  I'm meeting some folks at nine tonight for a little dessert.  Will jog in about an hour, I think.  I've also been working non-stop on the revue structure and order - I think I've got act one assembled in an interesting way but it definitely needs at least one or two more songs, I think, to get it to fifty minutes, which is what I want the act to run, although forty-five is fine, too.

Act two is coming along, but I'll also probably need a couple more songs for that.  I found my homegrown Peter Pan DVD so I'll give that a look later, and I'll also go back through my Newley/Bricusse lists.

From DR TCB:

Anyway, the one I found makes it look like a have a Fisher Price phone, but at least it is protected.

 ;D

Radio Shack got some covers in so Keith purchased one today.  It was only for the backing and didn't cover the screen.  He also got a screen cover which is really to prevent scratching but has, supposedly, been know to prevent cracking.  Not exactly what he wanted but better than nothing.

Thank you DR's TCB & George.  I truly think I was less bothered by the activities than others.  I am rather sore in a number of places but I've been worse from more strenuous hikes that were shorter.

I am going with committe member Roshan tonight to meet with a business that we hope will like to help sponsor our Diwali event, or some later event.

After that I must decide if I want to just flop down at home or go to the gym. Flopping down at home sounds more to my liking.

Larry got a very nice notice by Peter Filichia in his column today

"The ‘20s? Rodgers and Hart’s DEAREST ENEMY opened in 1925, long before original Broadway cast albums became realities. Now, 88 eighty-eight years later, we finally have a recording of the entire score. Marvelous as it is (especially when Kim Criswell sings), don’t miss the enthralling 11 pages of notes by Larry Moore, credited with “reconstruction and additional orchestrations,” and historian Sean O’Donoghue. They let you know what a miracle this two-disc set is."

Thanks for sharing this with us. :)

Congratulations DR elmore!

thanks for the review of Sandy's show, ChasSmith. Sounds like it was a lot of fun even if the drive to and from the city was anything but.

Ditto.

Good morning, all! I got hell from the therapists yesterday for sitting too long at the computer since I and they believe that the muscle pain in my right kidney region is may be caused by poor sitting at the computer for long periods. They told me to break frequently and to walk around the apartment before getting back to the keyboard.

I get up and down a lot when I'm at the computer, if not I hurt too much.  I'm glad you were given the riot act to get up and move.

FEEL BETTER VIBES!!!!
