Well, you've read the notes, the notes had close harmony, and now it is time for you to post until the harmonized cows come home.

Good morning, all! Payback for a good night's sleep two nights ago was a restless and sleepless night last night. I'm guessing that around 2:00 today I will want a nap.

No plans at all today. I have to book an eye appointment for January, then try to get a cancellation before then. We'll see how that goes.

More coffee.

Looking forward to Merrily tonight. Wonder if I'll be the only San Antonian in the place.

Wednesday.  What great photos yesterday from DR JANE and DR LAURA!  Makes me feel as if I have been on an adventure!

I loved the Carmina Burana link from DR SINGDAW and the Melissa Manchester link from DR FJL.....  In thirty years we have gone from Melissa Manchester to Miley Cyrus....  UGH.

Wednesday morning greetings!  Cold and rainy here in SW Ohio and I suspect there might have been some snow flurries while I was still fast asleep.  Today I'm meeting a friend for lunch and then grocery shopping for our household.

Tomorrow and Friday I am at the Austin Film Festival.

Heading Roundtables both days, then on Friday I also go to UT where cinema students pitch their story ideas to me.

Should be fun.

"Close Harmony" is the title of a song from FADE OUT, FADE IN. Tina Louise gets a little solo in the number!

And Call Me Savage, also from Fade Out, Fade In, was used 2 years later in Hallelujah, Baby under the title Witches Brew.

NYC folks - any tips, insights, etc. about getting from Newark airport into Manhattan?  We've only ever flown into LaGuardia, but will arrive at Newark for our upcoming visit.

You can take the AirTrain to Penn Station. It's part of New Jersey Transit. Then you can take a cab to your apartment/hotel
