But do you have more fun...   That's what they say about blondes, anyway.     :)

Ugh. I stubbed my baby toe yesterday and now it is bruised. And my baby and the toe beside it have now doubled in size. Hard to find a shoe to wear. :(

We had a wonderful time seeing TWELFTH NIGHT!  They open the house half an hour before curtain and the actors are on stage being dressed and made up.  The show was very well-done and the finale and curtain call are exquisite.  With that 7pm curtain, we were home before 10:30 to enjoy our Artie's leftovers from last night.

I don't think I've ever shared here why TWELFTH NIGHT is so special to me.  I took one acting class in college and the instructor said on the first day that one of the ways we'd know we'd done well would be if he felt he could assign us Shakespeare for our final scenes.  My assignment was to play Viola/Cesario in the first scene she/he has with Olivia.

Tonight, I watched "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal," and not necessarily in that order.

Yesterday was the cut-off for this month's paying of invoices and I had to prepare a report today for the business office.

It's essentially a list of every invoice from the materials budget (books and A/V items) that was paid this month.

Now, I'm just watching Jimmy Kimmel (no relation to BK).  His first guest is his former girlfriend/partner Sarah Silverman.  She brought a box of his stuff that was left over from when they were together.  Of course, it's a comedy bit and it's pretty darned funny!

All of a sudden, a little kid ran out from back stage and asked her, "Mommy, am I gonna meet daddy tonight?"  And he was dressed just like Jimmy. :D

Tomorrow night, I'm working concessions for a college production of A Servant of Two Masters, the "the classic Venetian comedy by Carlo Goldoni."

This is always full and there will be a LOT of drinkers.  Fortunately, audiences in recent years haven't gotten too drunk...just rowdy.

And now, I must go to bed.  I have an meeting in the morning and I need to get to work earlier than usual, which means I really need to get to sleep earlier.

Good night, all. 8)
