From DR Jennifer:

Why can't you get it from your computer?  It would make sense that you could do it either on your nook or computer (the same way you can buy an e-book)

My original Nook downloaded all the library books from my computer and this one only from my Nook.  I was puzzled by that as well when I first got it.  I prefer the way it is so I can get my books if I'm not home.

Last night was redemption, but this afternoon, I hit it out of the park!!  The whole show was near perfection.

YES!!!!!!

I was hoping you would have more energy during the day.  I bet with your confidence back the evenings will be even better. :)

About 3:00 this morning I woke myself and Keith up yelling "NO!"  All I can remember now is that it didn't seem such a horrible dream that I yelled so.  I felt bad waking Keith but fortunately we both went back to sleep.  This is far from the first time I have woken him due to my dreams.  Usually a dream like that gets my heart pounding and I have trouble getting back to sleep.

And I am home from physical therapy. Today the 15 minutes on the bike nearly killed me. I have no idea why.

The other day, DR TCB or JRand63, possibly another, asked who was alive from the FOLLIES original cast. On my bus ride home, I sat behind Mr John McMartin, so I can definitely report he is alive and listening to his iPod.

I've had a bit of lunch, and now I all wait for the plumber and the super.

And begin the Encores! work.

Cool story about John McMartin.

For all the Sondheim fans out there, a lengthy piece from Frank Rich in anticipation of his documentary, Six by Sondheim:

DR Elmore, Richard returned to cardiac rehab today after being off for the holiday weekend.  He had to dial it down considerably and was told to take the rest of the day off.

I just got the funniest and longest email from Anthony Morelli so I know all the real dish on the Midwest Trek that he and our DR Ben are on. Sounds like they are having one helluva good time.

So, DR Ginny, it's the post-holiday slump affecting our therapy?

I am looking forward to the Sondheim documentary since I have [free] HBO now.

I just watched the MAKING OF THE SOUND OF MUSIC....and I beginning to feel the way DR JANE wrote last week.....seeing the kids in their auditions and sort of watching the process is making me more excited about the show.

.....I just hope they are really doing the musical script and not making a lot of fake build ups to commercials......

If it makes you feel any better, DR Elmore, I found my 30-minute basement walk more taxing than usual today, too.  Hadn't exercised myself in more than a week.

DR JRand, I've been wondering, too, about how they'll handle commercials...

And the countdown to the annual school Christmas program has begun.  By changing the line "we are Dreamgirls" to "We are angels" will make a great procession this year!

Listening to the OBC of 110 in the Shade - so nice to hear a score when you can finally put it into context.

Such a wonderful score. Do you have all the dropped songs that BK has recorded over the years? All are good, a few are wonderful.

The publisher has given us an extension on the deadling until Jan. 6. Guess that means no Christmas holiday for me. But it also means less stress. So I think your vibes worked.
