Friday morning greetings!  Up early for a busy day.  The main event is lunch with Becky to celebrate her birthday, which is tomorrow.  I have several Christmas shopping stops to make along the way that will pretty much finish up that phase of holiday prep for me.

Good morning, all.

Bummed out that the one-way fees on a rental car from El Paso to San Antonio is more than $100. And the rental itself costs more than that. Ugh.

Morning, all! Happy birthday, DR RYacko!

Colligate: Scandal involving Lassie?

Congrats, bk, on such a productive year! May you have many more, and here's hoping that I'll be more able to share in future ones.

TOD:
Ye Olde iPod: "Broadway Bound" (I've been addicted to Andrea Burns's "When the Rain Comes" for some reason recently)
YouTube playlist:"An Evening with Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer," assorted skits by Israeli comedy group Underdos.
DVD drive: "Psych Season 7" (with our limited spare time, this'll probably be there for the next 2 months)

still watching barney miller. now on season 8 (final season) two discs left. There is also a bonus of season 1 (13 episodes) of the spinoff FISH (abe vigoda) but I didn't like the show when it first aired so I'm not sure if I will watch those episodes.

Good morning, all!  In an hour I shall head down to City Center and drop off Act One of LITTLE ME. It will be fun to spend a couple of hours with my adopted son Joshie and wish him a happy holiday before he heads off to his family's.

I have no other news this morning. I need coffee.

TOD:
DVD:  Quartet, Late Quartet, some BBC ghostly mini-series
CD:  Christmas music, Roberta edits, Guy Haines
VCR:  mais pas aujourd'hui

Well, it has finally started snowing here.  I was expecting it last night, but it just really started coming down in the last half hour.

Good morning, all.

Had a fine sleep, the last hour or so of which was compromised by an odd and annoyingly never-ending dream about a large bar from which I was to dismantle most of the front cabinetry.  Never mind.  It makes no sense to me, either.  Finally got up just to get the hell out of it.  There was something else, not necessarily bad or stupid and just possibly good, which of course I can't remember at all.

Coffee!

Loved it!  Love both.  Ozu is definitely working for me.  Any suggestions on which should be my third?
