5 degrees F  here (that's -15 C, Jennifer)  they say with the wind chill its about  -14 (-25.556 C, Jennifer)

I know many DRs are having lower temperatures but at the moment I am contemplating a trip to stay with DR Laura ....until July

Good morning, all.

It's warm and comfy in the recliner -- and that's where I'm staying, by cracky.

I will be glad when it warms up enough that I don't have to run all the taps 24/7.

I mean, it's nice to image that I have gurgling fountains throughout the house, but it also makes me want to pee constantly.

That wasn't around when I bought mine, but it'll be a required feature on my next one.  By gum.

Morning, all! Thanks to everybody for their kind wishes yesterday.

Hope folks are staying warm. Had a 10-minute walk in to work today, and was taking inventory of my extremities when I got in. Fortunately, all were present and accounted for.

TOD: "Psycho" is the only one that comes to mind right now. We really need some daily topics that are more up my area of knowledge. Surely, everyone here wants to discuss late-19th/early 20th-century Jewish philosophy and sociology, right? :)

During "Fugue for Tinhorns," have an audience plant stand up, point, and say: "Lookee!  A bookee!"

Excellent videos.  Would love to see more.

Contrast blowout is always a challenge, and the average Jane and Joe don't have a clue.  Get that exposure compensation working.  Lower it by a stop or whatever's necessary.

Good morning, all! The alarm rang at 6:30 but it was so cold in the apartment that I nodded and dozed until 8:00. I'm feeling a bit under the weather. Between that and the fact that I did not want to spend God know how much time sitting on a bench waiting for a bus in this weather made me cancel physical therapy. I'll go on Thursday when the forecast tells me it will be a warm 35 degrees F.

So, my day will be one of puttering about the apartment. I have to begin this choral arrangement for the Cincinnati Men'sChorus, and today seems as good as any to dive in.
