We have a number of folks out sick in our agency...all with the flu...and all have been out all of this week and some of last week.

Others who are not sick are scrambling to find places giving flu shots.   The vaccine being given now differs from that given back in October.  I'm told that since H1N1 has made a resurgence in recent weeks, some doctors are suggesting folks get a second shot.

I see my doctor Monday and will ask about this.

Meanwhile, sniffle, sniffle....am desperately fighting something but am not feeling bad, otherwise.

One of my closest friends' supervisor has come down with H1N1.  She is now in intensive care and on a respirator.

I've had a nice luncheon outing: I had a wonderful 2-hour visit with Robert Kimball and a tasty lunch: clam chowder, Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. Then, on the 104 bus I ran into my newly married friends Cathie and Alice who were heading home from the Met dress rehearsal of LA BOHEME. And the payments for the ROBERTA cast have been approved.

So far, a good day.

No complaints.

You need more days like that, elmore.

I was very sad to learn today that Bollywood back-ground dancer, Pamela, passed away. She was living in Conneticut...which I did not even know. Fellow Bollywood back-ground dancer, Edwina, posted about it on Facebook today.  :(

Pamela is one of the dancers in HHW's favorite vintage Bollywood night club dance number. Jaan Pechan Ho from GUMNAAM (1965)

One of my favorite Bollywood films.  Not that I have seen that many.

Four friends in the cast! It will be fun to hang out.

Tony Yazbek looks very talented.

I love Judy Kaye and David Garrison.  Those are the only two I have actually seen on stage.

I am usually so good at word scrambles. But my niece's teacher gave them a lot about penguins. And there is one that i cannot solve and it is driving me crazy. I'm wondering if the teacher mis-wrote one letter. The letters are: OSETNS.

The only word I can make with those letters is onsets??

Doesn't that word come out as stones?

I did manage to change the sheets.  Now, that doesn't sound like a big deal, but try doing it when you can't walk.

I end up having to roll myself across the bed, tucking in one corner, and then rolling myself back again.

I keep getting kicked out of HHW.  I think it is probably my laptop rather than the site.

I'm watching James Franco's Interior. Leather Bar.

:o Oh, my!  There is unsimulated sex...not with James Franco, though.

The movie is mostly a documentary about the making of the 40 minutes cut out of "Cruising."
