I love the Delerue score for KING OF HEARTS.

Yes, and then there's "Steel Magnolias" and "Joe Vs. The Volcano" and "Our Mother's House" and on and on....

Someone from the regular library is going to call me back.  I hope they can help me retrieve my books.

These Rodgers & Hart songs, conducted by my close personal friend Richard Rodgers in 1940, are really wonderful! I wonder if there's a CD. The cleaned up sound is amazing.

Is everyone home safe and sound, tucked in with a good book, a hot toddy, and one of BK's CDs?

I could use a hot toddy or anything alcoholic to get drunk.  It's going to be a tough couple of weeks.

The librarian was very nice but couldn't help me.  She took my email address in case she finds something.  The guy at support was out again today so maybe I will have an answer tomorrow.

Well, I must be off.  Theater Artists Olympia is supposed to have a meeting with the board of Capital Playhouse about using their space again.  Hopefully, it goes well.

Be back later!

We hunkered down last night and might get out tomorrow.  I fixed us an omelet and biscuits for dinner, then finished reading The Art Forger while drinking Madagascar Vanilla tea.

Will you lose the books if they cannot help you? Or will they keep you at the front of the queue?  Stupid that there is nobody that can answer your questions.

Then I shouldn't complain about our temps.  My hiking group is going to the lake near me and I thought it would be nice enough to walk down in the morning to meet them.  Keith is concerned there will be ice on the driveway & road that early so I will drive instead.  I really should do an errand after in town but I also needed to return home and do laundry.  I have a whole lot of piles of it on the laundry room floor.  We are in a drought so I haven't done laundry yet while Keith used water outside.  We don't want to over stress the well.

I did ask and she thought the tech guy can reissue the books.  I hope I can connect with him tomorrow and all will be well.

Here's something you don't see in the paper every day:
