I just read that Alain Resnais has died. He was 91 years old.

Hey, y'all!

I remember the Oscar food thing from years ago when I went to an Oscar party and we had to make Oscar-themed foods. I won the competition at the party with "Flan's Labyrinth" but other people on HHW sent in hundreds of suggestions and I was up very late reading them all and laughing my head off!

Film people here in Atlanta are taking a special interest in the "In Memoriam" segment, to see if Sarah Jones, the camera assistant who died tragically last week will be included. We tried to get out film into Oscar competition. (Peter and I have been on the Short List before, with our first film.) We were in the Top 40 out of 150 documentaries, but without a major studio or distributor to promote it, just us, we really didn't stand a chance. :-(
