Tonight's showing of "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" on a big screen with live organ accompaniment was a lot of fun.  There were over 200 people in the audience, which was a lot of people for the silent film series.  The organist does a lot of research and talks about the movies before they start, and tonight he said that the score that he was going to play was actually written in 1920 for the movie in its original run.  You really could tell that it all fit together.  I really enjoy seeing these films.
