I'm also waiting for the Funny Girl Broadway Cast package to come down in price.  The price is still outrageous!

And now for something completely different...There Is a Half-Waffle, Half-Donut Creation Called the Wonut and It Looks Ridiculously Delicious!

:D

I would be afraid to try it, I might like it.  There are too many foods in this world I try to avoid-don't need another one. :)

I'd LOVE to try it, but I'm not going to Chicago anytime soon. :(

That's more like it...although, I would prefer a physical CD.  But it's $100 cheaper!

Well, I'm off.  Tonight is the final dress/pay-what-you-can preview for "Chamber Music"!  I'm sure that it'll be good, but there's no telling how many people will show up.  Oh, well...it'll be what it'll be.

Until later!

I was lucky that for the most part the weather stayed nice.  I was put on a priority list at the dealership and they took care of the problems as quickly as possible, even washing & waxing my car to make up for forcing me to return to do the work.  When I originally scheduled the work they foolishly let the time run into lunch and I had to bring it home or wait another couple of hours.

I also used Keith's free birthday scoop coupon at Baskin Robbins.

I left home at 9:00 and returned close to 1:30.

Well, it made me think about some topics I wouldn't otherwise, but the readings are pretty dry and dense.

Back from rehearsal.

These are not typical days.

At least I'm not as dead tired as I was last couple of nights.

Tonight is invited-preview for Young Frankenstein.  Didn't think I'd love doing this, but it's a helluva lot of fun!!!!

Glad to read it.

Has anyone here read the new Leo Tolstoy biography by Warren Peese?

Sounds like something to look forward to after I finish this last class -- if'n I finish.

Watching a TV version of "Burning Bright" with Coleen Dewhurst and Myron McCormack. Beautifully acted, but Steinbeck's writing is too stilted.

I don't suppose they are offering you a substantial reduction in your  rent payments for the inconveniences you are experiencing

Laura, I love your quote and what a wonderful thing to have someone say about  you --- I doubt there is anyone who  would ever say such a thing about me
