Has this been reported to the police?

Yes, the police have gotten involved. But I don't know many details yet. Hopefully I'll find out tomorrow.

What a weird day it's been.  I spent way too much time on that damn e-mail letter and it's put me into a bit of a funk - if I continue to feel like that I may just decide to let sleeping dogs lie because no apology is worth me feeling negativity.  On the other hand, the apologies (yes, multiple) would make me feel some sort of vindication.  I suppose I'll know more when I run this by a proper lawyer tomorrow.

Other than that, it's been quiet.  I didn't write any questions, but I'll begin doing some more now.  I did start writing the liner notes.  And I heard from my big online dealer about how many he's taking of our two new titles and it really irritated me and I've told him that if that continues I'm simply going to make every Kritzerland title available exclusively on the Kritzerland site, because I don't really think I'd sell any less if people have to buy it from us.

Went to Gelson's and got some chicken noodle soup and seafood salad - just a nighttime snack.

Very nice...small and unreadable, but very nice.

;)

Here's a much more readable version.  I just saw Jrand's FB post from yesterday, but the picture isn't a FB link, so everyone should be able to see it:

But I am not in THAT photo!

John, sorry to read about your father.  Hopefully, it is a sign of nothing more than that he was scammed.

So far, they've pretty much only shown good acts.

But now (where I'm at in the episode), they have a singer who can't sing.  He got four Xs from the four judges.  He's not very good.

They've just had a montage of not-so-great acts.

Now, they're showing both good and not-so-good performers, which is good...as long as they don't have too many not-so-good performers.

The act on now is a 93-year-old strong man who is pulling a car with his teeth.  He, his father and his brothers were an act back in the 1940s.
