Greetings from Toyland!  I came in to find seveal weird things: the fans running at full blast ands everything on my work table on shelves. This last pisses me off because I offered to deal with this before the person using the office arrived and was assured nothing needed to be done.  I am assuming he's stiull here, ands if so, I think he'd prefer I be gone before he arrives todayt.

The storms arrived right on schedule, ruining Richard's outside walk.  I'm heading for the basement for mine...

I read that as "heading for the basement bomb shelter", DR Ginny.

No need for that yet, DR ChasSmith, but we're keeping our phones charged and our ears open for the "take cover" sirens!

Here's some classical music culture for our DR MBarnum.  I see my ROBERTA  and Trinity Church singer Tim made the list! If the text is too difficult for Mikey, he'll like the photos:

By the way, ZIP is an acronym for Zone Improvement Plan, proposed in 1944 by Robert Moon, a postal employee, and finally implemented in 1963.

Ask BK Day:
Bruce, what are your top five favorite Kritzerland shows, going back to the Gardenia to the present? (Sorry, if this has been asked already on a Wednesday.)

I particularly like Duncan Rock, just because he has such and awesome name!

I so love your "I only judge a book by its cover" attitude. It's nice to see such an excellent product of an educational system that believes in not tampering with natural ignorance. :D

No. 28 is also a friend of mine. He's a CCM grad, as I recall.

What the classical concert stage would look like, if John Doyle had his way:

Of course, I always though Zuzu was a bit too precious and Zuzu's petals a bit more than that.

Still, it's a pretty good existence.

That's an old picture of Ramin Karimloo. One of his arms is now covered in tattoos. I'm judgemental, I know (and I don't care), but tattoos are an INSTANT turn-off.

Perhaps he wants to pursue a porn career?

And I am leaving Toyland. The humidity and heat, even with the fans, are getting to me. I've scanned 6 of the JUBILEE scores and converted them to pdf files. About 30 to go!

Certainly the second Sherman Brothers show.  The second anniversary show, the kids show.  Have to think about the others, but I've really enjoyed doing most of them.

I'm up - the doorbell rang at ten-thirty (the helper) - I'd just woken up about five minutes before that but was still in bed.  I do think I got nine hours of sleep.

Heavy rain here, too, DR JRand, but no severe storms yet.  I sure hope it dries out tomorrow because DN Lauren and her fiance are coming for some furniture that we need to get out of the upstairs and my car is full of stuff to take over to the AAUW garage sale venue.
