I didn't explain it very well. As Singdaw says it isn't necessarily waking up, but you stop breathing, in my case now, 1 or 2 times an hour (without the CPAP machine it would be around 10 to 15 times an hour).

Although when you start gasping for air that does often wake you up, but you are so used to it that you don't remember waking up. Anyway, you never get into a deep sleep like other people do. And I would always wake up with a headache from lack of oxygen to my brain.

I recall like RC Cola. It has been so many years since I have had it, though.

Lately I have had cravings for regular Pepsi.

The super just left and my bathroom ceiling is up. It needs plastering and painting and that will hopefully happen on Monday. He also checked out my stove and told me he'd have management send a repairman.

I think things are okay, although inwardly he may want me made into a rug, but I'll let him finish the work and then give him a thank you gift. Until this whole thing began we got along very nicely, and i do not dislike him or his family I just wanted the work done.

Royal Crown Cola was the closest thing to Coca Cola in Louisa, KY, when we visited by dad's mother, so we drank it.  It wasn't bad, kind of like HoJo Cola at Howard Johnson's as I recall.

R.C. Cola and Baby Ruth candy bars were common fare in gas stations in the south when I was a kid.  My mom said that was something her grandfather would get her and my Aunt Doris when they were little girls as a special treat.

A memory I have:  My dad pronounced "r" as "ara".  Many folks in Virginia did and he was from Virginia.  Some folks in SC did, as well.  I once heard him ask for an R-O-C Cola....or so I thought.  My mom told me later he had asked for an "Ara C Cola".  I've never forgotten this.

on the verge of blubbering at the office. Just finished listening to Encores! Most Happy Fella. Love the final scenes where Benanti and Hensley get together. And I really liked Jessica Molaskey as Tony's sister. Even the exit music was wonderful.

The only diet drink I have ever tolerated was Tab which was Coke's answer to Diet Rite.  I'm sure today I would ask for water instead of Tab.

Sometimes I gasp for air but only right after I have fallen asleep, occasionally multiple times in a row.  Once I stay asleep it takes a vivid nightmare to make me gasp awake. ;D

Have you seen the mini cans of Pepsi?  I keep those in the house and treat myself once in awhile.

I used to love Tab when it was made with saccharine, a flavor I guess I developed a taste for as a kid. I still like Diet IBC root beer because it's made with saccharine.

IBC is good.  I haven't had any since Michigan.  I don't think I ever tried Keith's diet.

Forgot to post earlier how much I enjoyed the commercials. I was able to use the King Kong vs. the Energizer Bunny in conversation at work.

the bathroom is swept and mopped. I think tomorrow morning I may do some laundry, do some picking up and tidying, and chill out. I can't put the bathroom back together until the plastering is finished, but I can begin preparations.

I'll go to Toyland on Sunday

The problem (to me) with the mini-cans is that they cost so much more per ounce than the regular 12 ounce cans, or certainly the 2-litre bottles...although, I never get those.

Soda/Pop is just so very bad for you.  If I treat myself I try not to finish even the little can.  The way I see it, it is a savings to buy the smaller cans and drink it less often.  Actually, until they came out with the smaller cans I never purchased it anymore and I was better off for it.

I used to drink a tab with my Butterfinger candy bar
