DR GINNY we got one of those fancy new EE-Longated toilets and it is working like nothing else!

Yes, DR JRand, we have one of those in the downstairs bathroom and will probably end up with a new one upstairs.

Back from a very good meeting - if all goes according to Hoyle, next summer has an interesting project, directing-wise.

Those are wonderful, DR Jane. How fortunate you are, to live so close to such beauty!

Bob Hastings of 'McHale's Navy" has died.

As has Don Matheson of LAND OF THE GIANTS. :(

Where did you hear about Don Matheson?  I just did a Google web search (also Variety and Hollywood Reporter) and could find no mention of this.

Deanna Lund posted about it on her Facebook page, evidently.

I just visited Deanna's FB page.  No mention of Don's passing.

 ???

Until later!

OMG when I just went to type that a huge spider was on my keyboard.  But it disappeared when I leaned over to get a kleenex. :(

The weather was sweltering today. And I had to sit in it for 3 1/2 hours at a swim meet. It was so hot. i had a hat. But I was boiling. And it was sunny. :(

Very exciting that 2 Canadians (one guy and one girl) have reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon in tennis.

DR Cillaliz - I must say, I like and admire very much your mother's approach to cooking and eating (from last night). My mother copied a page out of that same book, and I can say today that there is almost nothing I don't like!    :)

There were things I didn't like, but I would just eat more of  other things.  Actually, I liked most of what she cooked, except beets

Meeting results vibes for MR BK.

I liked photos at the vet site for DR CILLA LIZ....good luck!  And wonderful news about your sponsorship.....you will enjoy it so much more in the tent....AND it's very good advertising to have your name in a program like that!

Thanks!  I don't think I'm going to win, there are a couple dogs that have many more votes than the kids, but we're putting on a decent showing

Bob Hastings of 'McHale's Navy" has died.

I met and chatted with Bob Hastings in the late Sixties at Universal Studios, when it was more like a real studio rather than an a amusement park.
