Dancing like no one is watching.  Not the most flattering photo but you see I was having fun (I'm in khakis and an orangish shirt)

Shortly before Keith was about to leave for a doctor's appointment he received a call to change it.  Thank goodness he hadn't left yet.

There were two people from my high school class who died last week.  One fell down the stairs and hit her head, fractured her skull and died. The other had several heart attacks- the last two in the hospital, and she also died. Their funerals were in different states at the same time.  Pretty eerie.  I knew them both pretty well, but especially Candy who was one of my best friends back in the 5th grade.

Anyway, between that and thinking about the upcoming 25th anniversary of the crash of flight 232 this weekend,  I've decided life is definitely too short not to have fun.  So that's what I intend to do.

Thanks, everyone.....but I probably won't be looking for work.  If I am supposed to have something, it will come along.  A bit of extra income would be nice.....but it would just be more taxes to pay at the end of the year.

We shall see what happens.

I was pretty young when friends came over to watch it on the tv with my sister and me.  It may have been the beginning of my love for old movies.  I knew nothing about what we were going to watch or why I should be excited to see it.

DR Cilla, my condolences to you on the loss of your childhood friends.  For a long while after my breaks I did not feel steady on stairs.  The thought of someone actually dying from a fall like that is disturbing.

Thanks everyone and yes it is disturbing.   I feel bad but we hadn't been in contact for a number of years, so it's not the same sort of emotional loss that it would be if we were still close. Still it was a shock and has made me think.

Finished with liner notes two.  Have to watch a movie to begin liners three, but I have to download it from some site as it's never been on home video.

I was talking to a childhood friend today asking about her brother who has cancer.  He is doing surprisingly well and seems to have bought some time, how long they don't know.  As my friend said she could go first & she is going to live her life the best she can.
