DR elmore3003 - is there any hope that Mark Horowitz could help retrieve your Kern scores and rescue them from the Library of Congress?

Well even though it has reopened.....I would like to have had an opening night party for a Broadway show that I wrote or appeared in.....at Tavern on the Green.....in its former glory....barring that.....a big party at Studio 54.....

TOD:  if this means restaurants that aren't there anymore, then the La Crepe that had been in the theater district.  Such great memories of that spot.

Also the Dish of Salt restaurant that was in the theater area.  Simply the best of memories for that place.

TOD: I'd love to go back in time to supper clubs like El Morocco or the Stork Club in their heyday.

With my luck, the LoC won't finish the McGlinn collection for another 10 years.

And I am home from therapy. A very nice young man named Charles from NYU hospital has replaced Morgan on the therapy staff, as well as an intern named Carl. That place is hopping.

I've got my lunch date set for tomorrow at the Cole Porter Trust and an appointment with my barber on Thursday before I get to Toyland. I'm free until my phone call at 2:00.
