I'm not sure I did anything particular. It is a recurring problem I've had for years. The last time it was this bad Echo was still alive & I ended up in PT from grooming her on the floor everyday. I'm sure I triggered it picking up acorns & leaves, but I did that last year throughout the fall and it never got this bad.

Today we went for a walk in the park and, to Keith's shock, I wanted to turn around before he did. We then went out to lunch & I picked the restaurant with the most comfortable chairs with cushions.

Jeanne - are you a memeber of Costco? We are very pleased with the specs we get there - LendCrafters wanted over $600 for my progressive lens eyeglasses -( I have astigmatism and a very strong prescription) - and that was AFTER the 30% AAA discount - I paid less than $200 for glasses at Costco and they are wonderful

Vixdad and the Vixter also wear glasses and also have difficult prescriptions - we now pay less for all three of us than we used to for just one of us and we have all been very satisfied with the glasses

I decided instead of working I would go to an apple orchard. I found a new You Pick orchard right outside of town. I was really wanting some apple cider, but they don't have that yet. I did get a peck of apples that I pecked. yup priscilla picked a peck

I have never been toa UPick (except for pumpkins) they used to be all over the place here but the farms have all turned into office blocks, shopping malls and neighborhoods...

We have blueberry picking down the roa and there are places within 45 minutes to pick peaches, pears & apples. We have only gone blueberry picking a couple of time.

We picked pumpkins in Pennsylvania.

The apple orchard has really small trees, they were heavily weighted down by apples. It's a nice young couple that started it, but it's a long way from being a real orchard. I really wanted apple cider, but they don't have anything but apple trees near their house. It's not a big orchard, but it's so close to town I'm encouraging everyone to go there and in a few years it could be

There are a number of U pick places here - I've seen strawberries, asparagus, pumpkins, different fruit trees and probably more
