Good Morning from the left coast!

There's an anagram for the WOD: CABALETTA -- it means: A short, rhythmically repetitive aria.

As an Italian, Cabaletta sure sounds like the name of a Pasta.  ;)

Tuesday morning greetings!  AAUW Middletown kicked off its 90th year last night with a festive potluck dinner, a good speaker, and a smooth business meeting.  Madame President is tired today.

Congrats Madame President!  I'd be passed out, if I had your schedule.  You Go MP!

Reese's peanut butter cups are my favorite. So I would love those little Christmas trees!

Good Morning DR Jennifer --

Have you ever tried a peanut butter cup S'more?  OMG, delicious.

I received an email from Cirque du Soleil yesterday regarding their 30th anniversary concerts in December.  Although I have always loved all things Cirque -- I don't do Montreal in the Winter.  Even though, I have been traveling yearly since 1985 to visit family -- the latest I have gone was in October.  I've never lived in with Snow -- that trip nearly resulted in a fall from a frosty deck.  The central valley floor of California gets a dusting every ten years or so.

Any who, here's the link to the concerts, which are scheduled for December 13 to 28, at the Saint Jean Baptiste Church: http://tinyurl.com/ousjgt8

Just as I was about to post something thrilling, there was a nasty three car wreck outside my building. Now I have forgotten what I was going to post.

It's definitely  worse when you lose your  power in a blizzard or ice storm than in a Hurricane as the hurricanes usually come when it  is relatively warm

Very true!

I finally fell asleep around 6:00 and woke up around 7:45.  I'm currently holding an ice pack on my hip, making it difficult to type.  I won't be saying much more today, just mostly reading.

Does a peanut butter cup s'more have the marshmellow and stuff inside the peanut butter cup?   I do like marshmellows. But not sure if I would like anything besides that and the chocolate and peanut butter.

As RYacko mentioned, they did cast a very young "Mother" in Ragtime - in her early 20s - Christanna Rowader, who was our standby for Jane Noseworthy in Pure Imagination.

Good morning!  I don't know if anyone else, besides George) saw Barbra last night, but I thought she was terrific, as was Jimmy Fallon doing his impersonations of Elvis, Michael Buble and Blake Shelton.    What do you think, George?

I really enjoyed the episode...I'm going to burn a DVD. :)

After he goes, it's off to Target for Partners (the new CD)!

I wonder if Costco has it.  I need to go there anyway, so I'll check.  However, what they have in stock for CDs and DVDs has really gotten slim in the last few years. :-\

OK, now that my stomach has calmed down, the AAUW meeting is over, and I've visited my Mom, I can finally relax a bit and recover from our trip.  WHEW!
