I love that song -- they just don't make songs like that anymore!

The organist is practicing the preservice music, and it sounds like a pipe organ. A bonus!

She played Toccata in E Minor by Johann Pachelbel. It was beautiful.

Sunday afternoon greetings!  Fr. Richard and I are back from Lima, where he had not been for 4 weeks and I had not been for 6.  They seemed pleased to have us back.

DR Elmore, when we heard about the eco-demo on NPR this morning I thought, " Uh, oh, I know somebody who's not gonna like this..."

I'm up - I actually got up at ten after eight and a half hours of sleep, but I stayed in bed until eleven-thirty, then the helper came by to get invoices as she's going out of town until Thursday.

I got 8 hours of sleep then dove in on my chores.  Last load of laundry is drying, lawn is mowed, sheets have been changed and quilt is last load now drying.  I started to vacuum and realized that my vacuum is broken.  There is a piece missing off the bottom so it doesn't suck things up unless they are right over the hole or if I use the hose.  It was a cheap and lasted several years, so I'll just get another cheap one.

I have a very busy week.  Myrna is starting at work, I have meetings tonight and tomorrow night, a dinner for federal court appointed lawyers on Tuesday, band on Wednesday, Friday I go to visit a client in a prison about 4 hours from here, and Saturday night is the Symphony premiere.   So, I HAD to get my big chores done today.  I'm so glad that I did.
