I use a real typerwriter to do express mail labels.   I had to explain how to use that too

I really like her.  But it's been a month, 2 weeks pt and 2 weeks full time.  She's just not catching on to a lot of things - well anything other than answering the phone, and even then I've had to intervene on a lot of calls.

it's like as soon as I think she's getting better, she does something that anyone with any secretarial training at all wouldn't do.  She supposedly has a legal assistant degree and some experience.
