I'm actually proud of myself for not being a pushover and cutting this off as soon as I realized that more time isn't going to change anything and that she just doesn't have the skills I need
I don't think that I could be sore (in my legs) from raking leaves. That seems odd to me (maybe my neck, arms, back). My legs are still sore today, which I still find odd since I've been biking for many weeks.DR Jane, what muscles are different for indoor vs outdoor bicycles? i would have thought it would be the same.
Oy and vey, I've been up since six. Stayed in bed, but oh well.
I hate "Big Bang Theory" on Monday nights.Totally throws my rhythms off.I need that show's lunacy later in the week when it can make the final work day of the week more bearable.Damn Thursday Night Football. Damn it all to hell.
Doctor's visit this morning. She was happy with the blood work and all the numbers. I wish I could be, but I'm too tired.
I watch DWTS on occasion this season. Am very much appalled at Julieanne Hough as a judge. Hate her helium voice. Dislike her hair. And her brand of perkiness makes me want to "fwow up".None of the teams appeals to me. Don't care for any of the celebs at all.

You might also be using a higher tension on the indoor bike. I even find using a treadmill slightly different than walking outside.Yes, you would think raking leaves only works the upper body but you are holding your legs different for that. I still vote for a combination of the two.

My blueberry muffins turned out very nicely.

I'm with you, bk. I don't particularly enjoy parties.
I once worked with a photographer named Gary CLINE.And I'm very fond of songs sung by Miss Patsy CLINE.
Joshie ran out of work for me, so I am on hild until the next round of work comes in. After therapy tomorrow I may be home, in which case I will be doing laundry, which is fine.
