I think the bike is similar to this one. A Raleigh hybrid dealer 3.5. Mine is pewter (can't really tell what color the one in the picture is).

I'm crazy. There is a beautiful Bernese Mt. Dog that I have loved since he was a pup. His father is a Westminster champ and he is doing rather well in the showroom, but most of all he is a total sweetheart and very calm.

This morning I was offered an unborn puppy of his. I was excited when I received the email and I just turned down the offer. Now I am feeling rather sad. Had this offer been made a year ago we would have said yes. I am an emotional yo-yo when it comes to getting pets again.

I didn't fall asleep until close t 5 and the alarm woke me at 7:40. I just remembered I didn't have time to make the bed before we rushed off to do errands. I should make it now.

We took Keith's car for an oil change, etc this morning and went for a walk while they worked on it. The expected time was 3 hours which turned out to be at least 4. To make up for it they didn't charge for his new $45 window wipers

When the Toyota dealership does this to me I have to wait another half hour to an hour for my free car wash.

Had a good rehearsal then went to Casa Vega where I ate too much food. I've been having a tooth issue (or some issue relating to same) for about a week and in the last two days the pain has gotten pretty insufferable - it's actually occurring around a crown not a tooth. So, whatever tooth was left under it may have gone bad or something, but it got to the point today where I called Dr. Chew and told him it was an emergency and I had to get in tomorrow, which I will. I really can't go a whole week like this.

I don't know what I will do with it (the old one). I'll probably keep it for now. But if I did throw it out I would have to be careful. I wouldn't want someone to take it and have an accident when the handlebars fail (which they will unless they are tightened frequently).

Started watching "The Normal Heart." It's good but not as well directed as it should have been. In fact, it's kind of slow, despite some good, earnest performances. Yet an hour into the picture Danielle Ferland (the original Red Riding Hood from "Into the Woods") shows up in a minor part and breathes some zany, jagged life into two tiny scenes. I hope she comes back.
