I'm crazy.  There is a beautiful Bernese Mt. Dog that I have loved since he was a pup.  His father is a Westminster champ and he is doing rather well in the showroom, but most of all he is a total sweetheart and very calm.

This morning I was offered an unborn puppy of his.  I was excited when I received the email and I just turned down the offer.  Now I am feeling rather sad.  Had this offer been made a year ago we would have said yes.  I am an emotional yo-yo when it comes to getting pets again.

Had a pretty busy day.  Not a lot of people coming in, but lots of work to do.  I'm also entering the contact data into my  new program each time I work on a case.  And I'm entering the time into the program and writing it down at the same time.   I probably won't double it forever, but for right now, I want a back up.

I am very tired of people asking me when I'm going to hire a new assistant.  Do I need one, probably. Am I handling things without one, yes.  Am I in a hurry to get one,, no. Is it anyone else's business, no. Does everyone ask...yes.

I'm sure I will hire someone eventually, but right now I'm enjoying the challenge.  It's forcing me to really get to know exactly what's going on in my cases and to get things accomplished every day because there isn't anyone else to do it for me.  I really like it

I wish I could doze off - I never look forward to going to the dentist and while that remains true for what will surely be something that's not pleasant, I can't wait to get in there and get whatever needs to be done done so I will not have any more of this pain.

Well, I'm leaving work early.  I have a couple of errands to run before I go see "Frankenstein" with Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller.  The two actors played both roles (Frankenstein and the Creature) and they filmed both versions!  Tonight, I'm seeing Benedict Cumberbatch play the Creature and on Wednesday, I'll see JLM's version of the Creature.  I'm really hoping that it'll eventually be available for purchase, either as Blu-ray/DVD or download through someplace like www.digitaltheatre.com.

Wow!  Talk about intense!  The Creature is the main character in the play, so that actor is very much the "star."

The very long opening scene when The Creature is "born" and learns to walk is just incredibly physical.  I'd never seen anything like that.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Jonny Lee Miller as The Creature on Wednesday.

Had a good rehearsal then went to Casa Vega where I ate too much food.  I've been having a tooth issue (or some issue relating to same) for about a week and in the last two days the pain has gotten pretty insufferable - it's actually occurring around a crown not a tooth.  So, whatever tooth was left under it may have gone bad or something, but it got to the point today where I called Dr. Chew and told him it was an emergency and I had to get in tomorrow, which I will.  I really can't go a whole week like this.

When you create the picture (you can either link from on-line or upload your own), after it's "drawn," you have the option to post it on a couple of on-line websites (FB and some other site), or you can download it.  I downloaded it and then uploaded that to the HHW Photobucket account.
