Oh, it's been a nonstop people telling me they have a relative or a friend and I should hire them as my assistant. I say, well, I'm not sure if I'm hiring or what I'm looking for, they don't usually accept that. I've decided to just say ok, they can send a resume

Oh! In that case keep on doing immigration law and working with Spanish speaking clients apparently I am equally qualified to be your secretary since I know nothing about immigration law although I do have a smattering of Spanish

I'm really trying to decide what I'm going to do. I'm planning to make some changes. I'm thinking about changing my hours, I'm reorganizing things. I need to finish doing the data entry for the new software and I'm still keeping up with the day to day work. It isn't easy but I'm enjoying it. It's the first time in over 7 years that I can make decisions without having to be concerned about how it impacts anyone else.
