Tom, that sucks about the physical. I hope it all works out for you.

Thank you, Ben, it did work out.  I called the health plan that I have for my supplement and they told my doctor's office was crazy.  Physicals are covered 100%.  Now I need to reschedule.

Did a library errand, then went to Mom's to write a couple of checks for her and deliver some groceries I'd bought yesterday.  We went through her Christmas decorations, looking for items to donate to the AAUW Holiday Bazaar, but I couldn't get her to part with much.

A study shows that eating dark chocolate can potentially improve your memory by 25%, but you'd have to eat at least seven bars per day.

And I'm like, "So?"

I had heard that before, but I kept forgetting to eat it.

Well so far today.....

Precious got a bath.

And my Aunt Jan passed away.  She was my mother's brother's wife.....she was 75, I think, and they had been married since 1952.....two daughters and one son.

She was a very nice lady.  No services or anything.....cremation and that's the end.

My condolences, Jrand.

Just saw the final packaging for Sandy, with all the fixes and touch-ups and it's gorgeous.  So, announcing on Monday :)

Hoo and Ray!! :D

Sorry to hear about your Aunt, JR. I think her wishes are the best. That's the way I want to go, cremation and then it's over.

Not me.  I want a motorcade across town, then a gold mausoleum with a bulletproof plexiglass funereal bier inside.  Oh and I want them to dim the lights on Broadway!

A friend in town has been hired to be the publicist for Cheyenne Jackson's new film, which is premiering in December here in SA. Seems rudy's going to invite me to the premiere and set up an interview. Sounds like fun.

That would be SIX DANCE LESSONS.

I am home from Toyland! I had a lovely visit with Mr Anthony Morelli, printed out a score

I did, too.  10 to 0.  Must be last night's World Series Game.

Well, I believe I am up.  What a night.  I had some kind of weird heartburn, which is odd since I ate nothing whatsoever that would cause such a thing, and I don't think I actually fell asleep until after four.  I think I ended up with about seven hours of sleep.

It was probably caused by all of the Aleve you took yesterday.

LOL That was also my reaction.  I think the sugar in the bars would counter the good from the chocolate.  I wish I liked my chocolate without the sweet.

Wednesday morning greetings!  I was up at 8 to move my car out of the garage because we were expecting Duke Energy between 9 and 1 to pick up our old refrigerator for recycling (and a $30 credit).

I had to read this twice.  Not only did you get someone to pick up your old frig for free, but they paid you $30 to do so!!!!  :o

Make sure the doctor's office double checks this so they don't charge you.

LOL I don't know but there are places in the world that find the chocolate we eat far too sweet.
