Back from an organ recital at the Cathedral. It's only a 5+ minute walk from my home.
It seats approximately 3,500, and it was pretty full! The organ is gigantic and fills the vast space with a heck of a lot of sound. The organist liked to use all of the loudest stops, so it kept everyone awake.

It was a French organist, by the way.

Half a night open. So I'm getting to watch "Easy to Love," the last of the Esther Williams collection. Fun. Busby Berkeley at his most deranged.

Poor Callie. She's lucky she has you.
Thanks Laura, I'm lucky I have her too. She's really added a lot to my life

Elmore, here's a nice review of a new show featuring Carmen de Lavallade. I seem to recall your saying that you knew her.

Rehearsal was really fun - certain folks will really need to cram by Saturday in terms of lyrics, but they know that. It was a longer rehearsal because we had two people who weren't there on Monday.

After, I went to Gelson's and got a tiny bit of mac-and-cheese and a tiny cup of caramel ice cream - both just right and easy to deal with.

I'm watching TV and "Modern Family" was one of the shows that I watched.

After I finished it, I went through the process to delete it from my DVR and watched the next show, "Blackish."

However, it wasn't until I went to delete "Blackish" that I noticed that "Modern Family" was still on my DVR after I thought I had deleted it!
